- Our gardens require a timed entry. Tickets must be purchased online ahead of time.

- Cox Arboretum is home to rare and endangered species. The safety and welfare of our collection is our top priority.
- Cox Arboretum asks that you respect all of our gardens and trees. No stepping in garden beds, no climbing trees, no attaching objects to our plants or trees, no activities that would result in any damage.
- DO NOT pick or remove any plants.
- Cox Arboretum reserves the right to close any areas in the garden due to any reason they deem necessary at any time.
- Be mindful of water features. Keep hands and feet out of any water features in the garden. (Turtles and other things live in our pond.)
- Keep in mind this is an outdoor garden. We do have critters, turtles, snakes, and bugs that bite.
- NO climbing on the waterfall.
- We require all children to be supervised at all times for their safety and our trees.
- Only service animals are permitted on property.
- Guests are required to clean up any and all trash that they may acquire during their visit. (examples being but not limited to: water bottles, cans, cups, napkins, etc.)
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on property.
- No alcoholic beverages permitted in the gardens.
- Drones are not permitted on property at any time.
- No bicycling, skating, skateboarding, scooters (unless medical), or rollerblading.
- Sporting games and similar activities are not allowed – No footballs, soccer balls, discs, kites, etc.
- All attire must be appropriate by community standards.
- Cox Arboretum reserves the right to ask any group to leave due to inappropriate or destructive behavior. If you are asked to leave the gardens Cox Arboretum has the right to ban you and your group from the property permanently.
- Cox Arboretum is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- By entering this property you assume all risk and liability for you and your group. The owner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, and or death. Enter at your own risk. By entering this property you agree and adhere to this notice and assume all liabilities for you and your guests, including children and pets.
